Inform yourself before your arrival about the terms and conditions of the Casa Roder and you will spend a great holiday in Val Gardena
Check-In:The hotel rooms are available from 3 pm. If you arrive later than 6 pm, please call the hotel reception.
We hope you understand that animals are allowed in our facilities only on request.
Pets: € 15 per day (food not included)
Check-Out:
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room before 10 am to have time to clean and tidy the room and to welcome our next guest.
Booking:
Your booking will be confirmed after payment of 30% of the total amount of your reservation.
Cancellation policy: We would like to advice you that you can take out a travel cancellation insurance. In case of renunciation of insurance the following conditions are valid:
In case of cancellation earlier than 90 days prior your scheduled check in date, you will receive your deposit back and a processing fee of € 50,00 will be deducted;
In case of cancellation starting from 90 days prior your scheduled check in date, the deposit expires in our favour.
In case of cancellation 30 days or 2 weeks prior your reservation, you will be respectively charged: 80% and 100% of the total amount.
In case of late arrival or earlier departure than expected, you will pay for the total booked stay.
Payment:
Deposit payment: postal order, bank transfer or credit card
Hotel receipt (on departure day): cash payment, personal bank checks, VISA, MasterCard
